What I Have Learned From My Peers!

I have learned that my peers have a wide range of reasons as to why they decided to join the teaching field. One person actually wanted to start a day care because they liked children so much and this is what I wanted to do as well! Maybe we could start one together! I really liked one person's response of they wanted to be a "change agent". I think this is what teaching is all about. Bringing change and new direction in order to facilitate learning.
